These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of islaverdeflower.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Aurum Investment Corp, doing business as Isla Verde ("Isla Verde," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 1920 Verano Dr., Haines City, Florida 33844. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to access this Site or purchase any products from Isla Verde. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. We reserve the right to require age verification at pickup, upon delivery, or at any point in the ordering process, and to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.
2. Products
Products sold by Isla Verde are hemp-derived products intended to comply with applicable federal and Florida law. Product descriptions, potency figures, and lab information are provided by our suppliers and are presented for informational purposes.
These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Consult a physician before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
3. Legal Compliance and Your Responsibility

4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices, deals, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders we suspect are for resale or that present compliance concerns. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
5. Pickup and Shipping
- In-store pickup: orders may be picked up at our Haines City, Florida location during business hours. A valid government-issued photo ID showing age 21+ is required at pickup, and the name must match the order.
- Shipping: we currently ship only to addresses within Florida and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to other states or territories. An adult signature may be required upon delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales of consumable and inhalable products (including flower, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates, and edibles) are final. We do not accept returns of these items.
If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or exchange. Unopened non-consumable items (accessories, apparel) may be returned within 7 days of purchase with receipt for store credit.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including the Isla Verde name, logo, brand artwork, and site design — is the property of Aurum Investment Corp and may not be used without our prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site and all products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isla Verde disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.
